Australian Police Check

I may need to submit EE application soon, so rn im still preparing for those potential documents.
One of the most complicated materials is `Australian Police Check` because i had left Australia for almost 3 years.
Please could anyone help answer some questions about the validity period:

- Q1. how long is the validity period of `Australian Police Check`?
i know some ppl say it is 1 year. but i will never go to Australian in the future. so will its validity last for a longer time?
- Q2. is it sufficient for me to apply for the `name check` of the `Australian Police Check` for EE application ? (the other one is fingerprint)
- Q3. how long is the validity period of the driver's license history which is required for Queensland and Victoria (i will need to apply for both of them)

Im concerned about those validity period, because i will submit the EE application (more specifically, it is CEC), but i have no idea when will i get the ITA. --- i don't want them to be expired before the ITA...

Name check is good
There is no validity mentioned on either so still doubtful.
It's good that you know that one has to submit 3 PCC for Australia.
Victoria won't take long like a day or two so even if you want it a short time span it's good, almost same with Queensland.
AFP takes the longest of all...
