Hi everyone

Has anyone received their ecertificate yet?

I actually need to travel in 2 weeks, have my tickets booked, and was wondering if there is a way I can expedite it?

Thanks.

It all depends on the clerk that registered you. What was ur clerks initials? Mine was MC n I got it on day 11, and another individual that did oath with me gers on day 2. So it all depends on your oath clerk

Mine was MB. Yea I’m stressing out now as my tickets might go in waste because of their delay.

Mine was older (in her late 50's), and maybe why she was really slow in uploading mine. Don't mean to generalize, but its more likely that not.

Bumping this up. Still no update. Worried about the delay now.
My tickets have definitely gone to waste. Was supposed to travel tomorrow (Saturday). Had my tickets since but no e-certificate yet despite the IRCC agent I spoke to on the phone sending an urgent request directly to the Mississauga office to action it urgently. For you, there is still a bit more time. and you can possibly apply for the next business day passport?

Yes, I have a couple of weeks and now I might need to go for the next day passport with extra fee. But it's crazy that even after 10 days I haven't received my e-certificate.
They should at least stick to their 2-5 business day timeline.

Exactly, one would think it's as simple as just an upload button. Does anyone know if it's possible to receive the e-certificate on a weekend? Or once it's not received by Friday, then one has to wait till the following Monday??

from my limited understanding, I think they upload it the previous day. When tech makes a scheduled update, it's uploaded to your account. My LPP was completed early Saturday morning (actual update was made by officer on a Thursday), my case was closed earlier this morning on a Saturday (actual update behind the scenes was done on Thursday), my citizenship e-certificate was available early Thursday morning.

No way. I'm still waiting and almost crying out loud because I need to travel urgently and no is responding to calls, emails, webforms. All they're saying is wait. But I don't know why and for what.
