Mine was older (in her late 50's), and maybe why she was really slow in uploading mine. Don't mean to generalize, but its more likely that not.
Possibility you may recieve it by today to Saturday, just keep checking

Had my tickets since but no e-certificate yet despite the IRCC agent I spoke to on the phone sending an urgent request directly to the Mississauga office to action it urgently. For you, there is still a bit more time. and you can possibly apply for the next business day passport?
Yes, I have a couple of weeks and now I might need to go for the next day passport with extra fee. But it's crazy that even after 10 days I haven't received my e-certificate.
from my limited understanding, I think they upload it the previous day. When tech makes a scheduled update, it's uploaded to your account. My LPP was completed early Saturday morning (actual update was made by officer on a Thursday), my case was closed earlier this morning on a Saturday (actual update behind the scenes was done on Thursday), my citizenship e-certificate was available early Thursday morning.
