Called IRCC today and found my application has moved to svo CPC Ottawa.

Sorry but No one can predict this . Ottawa is faster than other visa office. However your eligibility is not started yet so it can take few more months for processing. Info sharing is pretty quick but security is longest part of application.

I have applied on March 3 (AR), but no email has been sent to me since then. But, the tracking system (ie. ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca) says: "Apr 04, 2023,
Acknowledgement of receipt, We sent you a message telling you we received your application. We have now officially started processing your application ".
Is this message counted as the AOR?

Well yeah that's strange with eligibility, it should have been started by now. And also info sharing is still hanging. I didn't know ottawa is faster among others, at least I'm at the faster visa office, thanks for the answer bee

I would recommend you to request GCMS notes and see what’s going on with your application. Hope for best. You will get it soon my friend.

how do you track your application if you do not have AOR?
