Hi all,

Please I need your inputs, my sister is applying for her study permit soon and she doesn't have much funds in her home country bank account. We are looking to use GIC Certificate and I can help with the funds for opening the GIC account. However, the bank does specify that the funds transfer has to be from her home country and from her bank account.
I leave in Canada and would prefer to do the transfer from my Canadian bank account. Just so if she gets rejected the funds can be refunded back to the original account it was transferred from.

Please any inputs as to how i should go about this or how to help with providing proof of funds?

Thanks.

You could declare yourself as the sponsor for her Education in Canada. Proof of Funds can also be a Gift deed. Which country she is applying from and which City?

Your savings. Do you have any investment accounts? (statements from that) Your monthly pay stubs all compiled together. Make sure all of these documents are combined in one file (use Combine pdf online) Make sure the first page is a letter from you addressing the IRCC Officer explaining that you live in Canada (your status either worker or PR or citizen) and you have __________________ $$ set aside for your sister's education and you'd like them to consider her application because you promise to provide for her for as long as she lives in Canada as a student.

Give details of all your employment and activities since the age of 18

i'm stuck here
So over her you need to literally write down everything you did since the age of 18, where you were employed from what date to what date, if you were studying after 18 where and what from what date to what date.
