How were you able to call IRCC? I have tried calling them several times with no success, I just keep getting an automated response (we are to busy to take calls at the moment)

Yes. Ive been trying many times and just get that automated response.

Try this -

You can call IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 .When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press 2 i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the message for Afghanistan and Ukraine refugees start playing press 3 3 0 in quick succession you will be able to reach them. Ask them your PR card application status

So it seems like 2 weeks between the ghost updates. What does it say in the status now? Did they say they have mailed your card?

It says approve and if you scroll down you can see the pr card number, exp date

My ECOPR is also on Aug18. My "Final Decision" message was on Oct 20. Also waiting for new update

As per my understanding it is accepted and sent to the printing department
