Spouse open work permit and children TRV

Hi there,
I just got my work permit approved. It's a close wok permit( LMIA approved). I'm currently living in Canada.

Now I would like to apply for spouse open work permit and my 3 year old kid's trv.

Now my question is when can I apply for their visas? Do i need to wait for few of my pay stubs? Or i can apply now with my work permit.

Now my question is when can I apply for their visas? Do i need to wait for few of my pay stubs? Or i can apply now with my work permit. You can apply however success rates of getting approved are higher when you have pay stubs some driving license apartment lease etc

Also, spouse has to pass eligibility on their own to get approved. Kids will need visitors visa
