Time mentioned for travell

Hello everyone,
I applied for my brother visitor visa and mentioned that his travell will be from nov1 to nov28, 2023. but processing still taking longer. Should i raise a web form about new travell plan like December or January? I'm worried that because of that application might get refusal.

Please help me with your answer.

You can do that. That is a long visit IMO.
