I am applying to TRV to take a pharmacy license exam this may(the 3rd one and the only one available in canada). my brother works in the UK and he is willing to sponsor my travel. I need to make sure how to fill his name in the imm5645 because his full name in the passport is different than mine:

My name is: Mohamed Adel Mohamed Abdelmohsen Abdalla
My brothers' Name: Ahmed Adel Mohamed Abd Elmohseen

in native language, we have identical 4 names but the 5th name does not exist in his papers

How to handle this situation? I cant change my name because my name is correct and government says that he is the one need to add more name his name. He has established his paperwork in the UK based on his name in the passport and I need his employment letter and bank statement to prove his ability to sponsor me.

should I write it as in passport in the imm5645? or do what?

Your TRV application is assessed based on your qualification, not your brother’s. You must prove you have financial means to support your own visit to Canada. Your brother’s employment letter and bank statements are irrelevant, more so that he is in the UK.

Names don’t need to match as your brother’s funds are not relevant. Also IRCC may refuse your TRV on the basis it seems your intent is to immigrate. You don’t need to take the exams until you immigrate and land in Canada.

According to the IRCC website it is available that someone pay for my travel. my brother will write a letter and attach his statement and HR letter. I have sold some gold I invested and deposited it into a new USD account but this was 1 month ago.

Actually I intend to work in canada not to fully immigrate + I still have too many steps if I decided to immigrate. according to their website it is still ok to have an intent to immigrate while applying to TRV.

and even I solved my issues and started an immigration process instead of TRV application, my brothers name issue stills concern me because there is a family information form needed to be filled.

I have some interviews done but employers are too slow. I decided to move earlier to catch my next exam setting.

what I say here that I may get a job soon and i will need to fill that family form. I might immigrate to Canada and need to invite my brother and so on....

Right. But if you are not a PR or working in Canada then why do you need to take the exam as a visitor?
because I will search for a job after issuing the PEBC certificate. as I told you I have done some interviews already and I am in the hiring process. nothing official till the moment but there is a process

I showed that in my itinerary. to land and attend some mock exams and take the exam 4 days before leaving. i have the air tickets booked and accommodation.

But you will need an approved LMIA for a full-time permanent job proving no pharmacist can be hired in Canada, only you are the most qualified. Most pharmacist jobs are part-time at multiple locations. Have potential employers told you that they are eligible and will pay for the LMIA.

It is not an issue. Not sure how a LMIA can be arranged now since you aren’t licensed. Hopefully you are not being scammed.
look I will register as a provisional (inern) pharmacist it is very new in Alberta. This qualifies me to my NOC. I am doing this with rexall and made sure of that.

So if I decided to apply (or even applied to work permit), I would type his name as shown in his travel document. right?

You type his name as is and no need for explanation. IRCC doesn’t need to consider his funds because he is not your immediate relative.

As I know the immediate relative is the brother right ? he is my brother from the same father and mother

I would like to show my gratitude to you for helping me out here

No. IRCC states that immediate relatives are your spouse, children and your parents. Brother’s employment and funds in UK are not relevant.
