PR file got rejected- applied through PNP(Express Entry)

My PR file got rejected as i submitted my wife's PCC from india.
This is the reason they gave me
Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
- Police Certificate:
o The Police certificate from India for Janviben Rajeshbhai Patel was issued prior to her last residence in that country. The Police certificate was issued on 2023/09/27. Your last residence in this country was 2023/09/28.
Note: A full review of your application was not performed. There may be other elements, not identified above, which may also be missing or incomplete

also they asked me to create a new Express Entry Profile.
My questions Is ; i have applied IT through MPNP to express entry. and My express entry file is linked to my Mpnp so now do i have to apply again for PNP or i can inform the MPNP and they will give me new updated later
Not sure how i can procced. please any one can guide me ?

Your file did not pass R10 stage
Get a new PCC
Inform MPNP and send them an email
You will need a new nomination if current one has expired
Else just reapply

MPNP is very approachable as a province

I checked my mpnp latter there is my old express entry file number mentioned does that can be problem
And also of i make new express entry-profile does that add the points for mpnp?

MPNP nominated you for your old Express profile
Now that it is rejected, you need to ask MPNP to nominate again
Else submit a fresh EOI and wait for next LAA
This is what most people do

in that case it would be long process.
But i also seen some threads here . People as saying that they created new profile and the points got transferred to new express entry profile by contacting pnp. But the thread was for onpnp not sure mpnp would do that or not.
If anyone had same issue like me please guide me here

Creat your new EE profile, and you can send you new EE profile to the MPNP Webform from the following link. Some says they will process the point to you new EE file in one week time.
