Kind of in the same situation, it seems they are randomly rejecting or it might be Chinook. Many other cases I know about are approved with less funds, ties or n home country and documentation.
Haven't applied again after the last rejection as it doesn't seem like they will accept the next application. Waiting to get something more concrete like a work permit and then re-apply.
