Hi I really need photo ID and i live in montreal

I am accepted refugee

I read the health insurance card doesnt have photo or signature for refugees in quebec true?

I havent got one yet

How else can I get photo ID in Quebec? any ideas or someone whos gone through the same?

I dont drive

Please help i really need a photo ID and obviously dobt have my passport it is still with cbsa havent got PR yet

The health insurance card has a photo.

The only two options for photo ID in Quebec are either the health insurance card or a driver's license.

Health cards are not always accepted as proof of ID and you often need 2 forms of ID so you should get the ID card.

when you renew it , it will be with photo. first card in quebec is without photo. this is normal.
