MPNP study and work outside of Manitoba risk factors

Hi all,
I’m about to make a full application through MPNP, but I have out of province study and work experience. I’m wondering are those factors will result refusals? I’m so confused about how to convince MPNP officers that I will stay in Manitoba after be nominated. Any friends on the same boat or have the past experience with me? Please share your thoughts.

Then I would focus on that - the fact you are currently living in Manitoba and are working for an employer in Manitoba and that you plan to make this your permanent home.
