LMIA- Work Permit but Medical surveillance …

Hello All, I really like this forum and appreciate the effort of all participants to help.

This my case where I need an urgent advise and answer..

I reach in Canada a a visitor and luckily I applied for work then selected, received JOB offer.

due long process I applied for visitor record and got approval in July, got the LMIA and applied for close work permit with upfront medical exam. Had abnormal X-ray and request for sputum test and repeated X-ray after 2 month.

now I received Medical Surerillance request and report to PHA. My questions is :

1- Medical Surveillance takes 6-9 months to complet, do my work permit application will be in hold until I fulfill the medical surveillnce and will go as per the process time.

2- getting medical survillance means I am not eligible for work permit and does it affect the work permit decision by any meanin.

3- I understand ppl from overseas take conditional approval for application with medical survillance, can this be applicable for inside Canada applicant.

4- is there any chance I can speed this medical surveillance process.

First of all follow the surveillance. You can't speed it..
If you are asked to do that you have to follow as in the future you can be asked if you followed the surveillance you have been asked to do.
