I submitted my profile and I was immediately told that I did not meet the requirements and that my total score was zero. I think there was an error somewhere because I checked my profile over and over to be sure if I missed anything, but I didn't. So how can my total score be 0? Can I get assistance with this?

It is based on the selections factors to determine if you are eligible to submit a profile. It is the first thing you do.

The error or issue is somewhere on your end. You've answered one or more question incorrectly or you don't have sufficient points to qualify.
- Is your langauge test valid?
- Have you done ECA?
- Have you shown sufficient POF?
- Do you have at least 67 point through the FSW points system as mentioned in the posts above?
Review all of your answer again very carefully. Read the questions carefully too.
So what is your eligibility score? IELTS 8.5 in all bands? One year continuous skilled experience in one NOC?
I think the issue might be with my experience. I have one full year of skilled experience in one NOC, 7.5 in speaking and writing, and 9 in reading and listening. maybe the experience isn't enough. I used a FRS points calculator and it showed me 66. Maybe some things aren't enough. What do you think? I have a bachelor's degree as well. What could be the issue?
If you have 66 points then you are not eligible for Express Entry and that is why your CRS score is 0. Nothing to be reviewed. You need to either improve IELTS scores or get another year or work experience.
If you don't have at least 67 points, then you aren't eligible and your profile will be returned with no points. No, your profile is not still being reviewed. The results you have received are the results. If your FSW points calculation is correct and you have only 66, that's the problem. As said above, you need to increase your score to at least 67.
