If you have received PFL and then you respond to it, if your eligibility then turns to completed after does that imply or mean generally your application could be approved? I have read a few cases now just like yours where I once the applicant eligibility turns to complete after responding to PFL then their application is approved.
Please let me know if this is not the case

After our eligibility turned to completed, the background check also turned to completed within a few days. Subsequently, I received the pre-arrival letter. About one week later, I received the PPR.

Hope you will graduate soon..
