When I apply for the job my residence permit was not expired because I am not living in my home country, now it is expired, so I have to renew it if I decide to apply again?

So you’re living in. 3rd country? That makes it harder to get a WP because you don’t have strong ties to your home country and so e where to return to. If you are without status in that 3rd country it will be incredibly hard to get any firm of temporary permit. You need to have legal status wherever you are applying from.

I have legal status but it is just expired on the 17th of this month. I already have a TRV also.

Please advise

I applied for Canada work permit visa(LMIA) from India and last week I received PPR.

Due to the current issues, I'm planning to submit passport in VFS Saudi Arabia for stamping. (I'm working in Saudi Arabia since 2018).

Is it okay?
