Certificate of Qualification required?

I already emailed them last night, but they reply very late (usaually 2-3 weeks). Today they are close, so i'm gonna call them tomorrow and then i'll decide whether to reject it or not.

I found out what the problem was with this certificate of qualification:

ok, I seem to find where the problem was and it looks like now I'll have to decline my ITA. So, while filling in the original Express Entry application, I answered "yes" under "Does NN have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?". I did so cause I thought that my University degree IS my certificate of qualification and put the date I got my degree for "Date NN obtained the certificate". Turns out this is a completely different thing. And now I changed this to "no" and Certificate of Qualification disappeared from my list or required documnents. But will this affect my overall score making my ITA ineligble? I don't want to apply and pay the app. fee to only get my application rejected and my money wasted.

Yes, I am also going to decline my ITA, cause I had additional points for
SRS - Skill Transferability - Certificate of Qualification
which I confused with my University degree.

I am then going to update my profile and to wait for the new ITA. But first of all, I am also going to contact CIC hotline tomorrow and make sure that a University degree is NOT a certificate of qualification. Please keep us updated after you contact CIC.

I called CIC hotline but the lady on the other side said she dont know anything about it and they dont have proper training regarding this. She recommended me to email CIC which i already have done.
Anyhow, I declined my ITA and has updated my profile for Certificate of qualification question. My points are still same. Hopefully I'll get invitation in next draw

yeah, the lady I talked to, said she was not sure and recommended to contact the EE team via email. The conversation was frustrating a little, so I forgot to ask how to contact the EE team So, please keep us updated when you get the CIC feedback on this. However, from what I read on the web it totally looks like I have to decline my ITA and fix my profile. The ITA I was waiting for so anxiously! This attempt to apply for PR turned out to be such a soap opera

Anyhow, I got an ITA again after i declined my last ITA and this time its not asking me to upload Certificate of Qualification.

my case is that i graduated from a diploma program as an Industrial heavy equipment tech(NAIT). i then got hired after my studies on a post graduate work permit(PGWP). after working for 2.5yrs i have now received my journeyman certificate(certificate of qualification). after entering my hours to the apprenticeship board. now will my past 2years of work experience be recognized as Canadian work experience for CEC or will they be recognized as part of my study program(coop). note my work permit was pgwp but my hours were entered in to the Alberta apprenticeship and i just got my certificate of qualification this January.

What trade NOC? That is an engineering qualifications so don’t think so. P.Eng doesn’t give you 50 points.

I work as a Drafting Technologist 22212 and recently IRCC has added Drafting Technologist 22212 in the CERTIFICATE OF QUALIFICATION LIST. Now we can claim point for COQ. But I am not sure, because there is no certificate I see. Please advise.
