My husband went to canada june2023 on truck driver LMIA, does he require to submit his payslips or his employement letter and work permit will work? if payslips are required then how many?

So you want to apply for a SOWP? Include his employment letter and at least 3 payslips.
we dont have payslips yet, so that s why wanted to confirm if work permit and job offer or employment letter will work
You need payslips to show he is being paid and actually working. Work permit and letter do not prove that he is working.

If he is working, then ideally to invite spouse, these are basic
