Flagpoling documents for PGWP

I graduated this Summer and I applied for a PGWP online. It has been 5 months since my application and there have been no updates on my application. I need to go back to my country next month and my TRV has already expired (unable to renew it without Work permit) and my study permit expires on October 31 I was thinking about flagpole to get my work permit before this happens. What documents should I bring with me and which borders would you recommend (I am in Ottawa)?

Can you please link me to a source that says this? This link https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/travel-voyage/settle-setablir-eng.html does not mention anything about a TRV just that you should reside in Canada and have a valid Study permit/temporary residence status.

You answered your own question. " you should reside in Canada and have a valid Study permit/temporary residence status." which you don't have, it's expired as you said.
