H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

So in my case, I applied for PRRA to stay here during to wait for Spousal H&C application.
When everything is done, do you know if I can turn back my home country after receiving PR card? I mentioned hardship at back home in PRRA but not mention anything about it in H&C application.I was really wondering about that. As I know PRRA does not give me a PR in my case, only H &C, thank you for your time.

IRCC and the CBSA share priorities, and the IRCC makes decisions that interact with the mandate of the CBSA.
IRCC is frequently providing the work that the CBSA is doing with PRRA decisions, so to have a PRRA and an H&C will most likely see the decision arrived at more rapidly.
If people see the term "straight H&C," then what this means is that there is no accompanying PRRA. The reason that there is a term for the "stand alone H&C," (yet another term) is that they're always ferreting out H&C/PRRA cases for priority.
Why? Removals. Canada is either going to enforce IRPA or Canada's policies are going to save that effort. That time and energy (and don't forget $) will be directed for another removal.
I think that you're usually correct but having both an H&C and a PRRA will most generally be decided ahead of any straight H&C. An "in-status H&C" (without any removal order) is the lowest priority because there's no priority other than its age. They do them when they look like they're getting too old on the shelf.
So it means, if you have both PRRA and H&C application in progress, you will most likely get quicker result rather than when you apply for only H&C. I have both applications in progress and if that happens I will share it here as well.
I am. In my case, PRRA was submitted first while I compiled evidence for the H&C. That's why I was curious if they would process them together even when the submissions were months apart.

If one application type (H&C or PRRA) or the other follows at any time, and there's yet to be a decision, then the H&C and the PRRA will be combined for one decision-maker.
It's key similarity is you, and the decisions represent different aspects of Canada's laws (PRRA's all statutory), and policies (H&Cs are policy driven). PRRA is a narrow, legalese decision-making process, and the H&C has a very broad discretionary scope of authority.
At the end of the day either one might work, or both will be rejected.
H&C's have a high approval rate compared with PRRA's where the approval rate is low. PRRA applicants are generally rejected refugee claimants so, there must be compelling, personal evidence that something has to have changed since the original claim didn't work.
