My hearing postponed due to non receipt of front end security screening from cbsa. It has been 12 month since my referral... any tips on how to followup with cbsa or how long it might take. Normally clearance is taking 1 month.
Have you ordered GCMS notes? In your home country were you ever part of the military, police, anything similar to FBI or CIA (easier reference than the Canadian organizations), political parties or any organized group? Had you arrived straight from your home country and has you ever applied for asylum in another country?
Even with an approved NOD an RTD doesn’t allow you to visit all countries. Many allow you to visit with your RTD with a visa and some allow you to visit with an RTD without a visa. What country were you wanting to visit?
