Dear everyone, I have a closed LMIA offer and I would like to bring my son and my parents with me to apply the visa. I am the principal applicant, and they apply with me. However, I am single, so if they came with me to apply the visa,I don't know whether the IRCC will be reject me if I bring my parents with me to apply.

You cannot “bring” your parents as they are not your dependants. They apply for a visitor visa separately and can come and visit you but not live in Canada. They show their own funds, travel history, ties to home country and reasons to travel.
Your son, if school age, can apply for a study permit. If divorced then you need to show full custody agreement or sign off from your ex.
Only your son can apply to come with you to Canada (assuming he is a minor). Your parents cannot.

If they want to visit Canada, they should apply for a TRV / visitor visa on their own. They cannot move to Canada with you. All they can do is visit for a short period of time if the TRV is approved.

No, you should not say they are accompanying you to Canada. They are not allowed to move to Canada or live in Canada as visitors. They are not your dependents.
As others have already pointed out, your parents are not your immediate family nor your dependent.
You can apply for your child (study permit is of school age).
You parents can apply for TRV, visitor visa. They need to show funding and strong tie to their home country. And if their vistor visa is approved, they can visit you for a short period of time.
DO NOT expect them to stay for a long period or to accompany you. You need to figure out the cost of child care if you child is young and cannot stay home by himself while you work.
Would personally have your parents delay any TRV application until you are settled in Canada unless they have an extensive travel international travel history and have a large amount of savings. If not it will appear as though they are trying to move with you to Canada. If you get a WP and you’ve been in Canada for around 6 months then they can apply to come for a short visit which can be easily justified.
