Used to be posted under FAQ on the WES site. Call and ask WES.
then ill use the other accreditation institutions. anyway, does it matter if im applying for a job? like a web developer? ive seen on the site that web developers typically need a bachelor degree but they can work if there is an assessment on their skills

If you have ECA for other diplomas/degrees then use that. For a job offer you will need an approved LMIA from your employer. The LMIA proves that no Canadian or PR has the skills for the job, only you can do it. With LMIA, you can then apply for a closed work permit. So to prove you can do the job, you need - reference/employment letters, ECA, IELTS.

I am a certified plumber, having a 10years experience and I'm skilled.
What is your question. Research Express Entry to see if eligible based on your age, education, language, skills and funds. Certification is of no benefit until you are licensed in Canada.
