Yes my mother got invited for medical exam and eligibility review has started

TRV application..got an update i think the only thing that changed is the "Review of Eligibility" section.

Sure I will... There are several other applicants in my loop who applied in mid to early August, and they are also experiencing delays. Currently, the processing timelines displayed on their website indicate 56 days, but in reality, it's taking 65 days or more, with some individuals waiting for up to 90 days. Moreover, there seems to be an unusually high rejection rate, including strong cases of individuals who have previously visited multiple countries, including some Can+ cases. It appears that there may be automatic rejections occurring, possibly due to the use of Chinook (AI software), without a thorough review of the applicants' profiles.

Biometric completed : Sept 18
IRCC tracker shows application in process, Background in process, & eligibility completed today sept-25. But I can't see visa number or anything there.
Was it same with you until you receive BVL or PPR ?
I am very confused as IRCC portal shows eligibility in process..
Please help me to understand this whether this is positive sign or what?
