I live in Toronto and I have post graduate work permit holder with 1.5 years of restaurant manager experience. I have a 1.3 years until my visa expires. My CRS score comes around 435. Can I know is it good to wait in Toronto and wait for express entry draw or is it better to move to a province like Nova Scotia and apply under AIP program with a designated employer? Really appreciate a good advice. Thank you

Sure you can move if you have a job with a designated employer. 435 will not get you an EE ITA.

Moving to an Atlantic province sounds like a better bet for you. With over a year left, you can find a proper employer and go through the PNP process. A CSR score of 435 is a non-starter if you are not in trade or other in-demand fields.

Just to note, employer must be designated with the province, or willing to go through the process like a LMIA. Make sure your NOC is eligible and read AIP requirement. OP do some research before moving. Housing is hard to find.
