Test still shows in progress

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out to discuss the status of our online test that we both took on September 7th. It appears that my spouse has received an update on his profile indicating that the test is completed, but I have not received a similar notification. Given that both of us have a background check status of green (completed), I'm wondering if there is any reason for concern regarding this discrepancy.

I've attempted to contact CIC several times, but in each instance, the agents have informed me that the application is still in progress, and they are unable to provide any specific updates at this time. Their consistent response has been that I need to be patient and wait for further developments.

Our Application for citizenship (AOR) was submitted in April 2023, and we are applying as a family of three through a paper application to the Montreal office.

I appreciate any insight or clarification you can provide regarding this matter.

Email the office you got the test from and if you have a copy of the test result attach that in the email and ask when the citizenship test would be updated/completed in the tracker. You can also send a webform but that may take longer to get noticed.
Sometimes it does take about a month or so for them to verify the test.
