Has anybody had a refusal of work permit or study permit by immgration mistake?

i applied forextension of work permit 3 and half months ago. My work permit is almost expired.
however they gave me refusal letter..
Because they said my employer didn't submit offer of employment and employer fee..
however my employer did pay and submit all the things. We have a proof of those..

Does anybody have a idea to deal with this situation? Or exprience...
Can u help me?? Please...

So your work permit wasn’t refused but your employer was refused? So your employer paid fees and submitted new employment letter.

No mine was refused ! The letter said my employer didn't submit offer of employment and fee however my employer paid and has a receipt and the proof he submitted the offer of employment.

You would have included all the information in your application too - receipt and updated job offer - so raise a webform and ask for reconsideration with your proof. Also call IRCC.

If you believe IRCC made a mistake, reconsideration is the way to go.

my spousal extension work permit was refused and mine is still being reviewed. The reason IRCC provided was I have not include employment verification letter thst fsll under tier 0,1,2,3. I got a noc 2 job just one month back sfter spplying our work permit. I donot what to do?

So your spouse has PGWP/study permit and didn’t include TEER 2 job with pay stubs and job letter? If so reapply. Assume spouse isn’t working if permit expired and refused.

No, his work permit in process .He got a correspondence letter and maybe soon so whats next step for me to take?

Can I work at that time or not?

Should I stop working now completely?

Can I work after re-apply?

If your permit has not expired, then you can work. So your spouse applied for PGWP. You may want to wait for PGWP approval and then reapply with your spouse’s job letter, TEER and pay stubs.

But the thing is that in my refusal letter there is clearly mentioned that your visa is expired so I am not allowed to do according to that right?

No you cannot work. You don’t have a work permit and extension was refused.

No. Applying doesn’t mean approval. You can only work once permit is approved.
