Calculation for Citizenship

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to get some info about the calculation for citizenship.

As of yesterday (October 3rd), I became PR. Until my PR I was in Canada with open work permit since January 22, 2023.

According to this, 4 months (half of work permit period) + 2 years 8 months to wait for applying to citizenship? Am I correct or something different happens?

If you travel outside of Canada you will have deduct those days as well

add extra buffer days(atleast a week or so) over the 1095 to offset and missed absences from Canada
