Submit my BOC on 19th Sep 2023 and received acknowledgment and request for medical on 20 Sep 2023. Medical has been uploaded on 30 Sep 2023and it was passed.From now on how long it take to get work authorisation. Anyone please guide.

If background check is complete, They'll call you for the interview, complete biometric again and count 2-6 weeks from then.

they are processing your background check before issuing you WP and brown id.

As far as I know, you now can upload your complete BOC. At a later stage, when they set the hearing for you, then you can upload the evidence.
But I'm sure old members here know better than me.

Hi.
The first interview (not hearing) is only to collect your passport, photos and biometrics. IRCC will give you a copy of your passport (true copy by them so that you can use it if necessary) and they give you a letter from them that your passport is seized by IRCC.
Then after almost 50-60 days you will go to the eligibility interview. This is the second interview, usually they ask about your refugee claim.
