My virtual hearing was postponed for 'administrative reasons' the day after strike ended. Anybody got similar letter from RPD? And have an idea what it means or contacted again to reschedule?

It means that the office needed time to get working at full capacity again after strike. You should be contacted to reschedule.

Mine was postponed because the minister said they need more time to confirm identity and they want to be present ,that is the real reason in my case . I received the letter stating that Then the next day ,I received a voicemail saying the report is for administrative reason.

There was a bunch of strike related cancellations which may not actually need extra time, have minister intervention, etc.

Mine was supposed to be held on March but got cancelled. I kept calling the lady who called me to schedule the first hearing from IRB and she finally gave a new date which was June 05. And I received a positive decision. But you can just wait they will get back to you with a date.

My hearing was stated for September 21, 2023
and postponed a day to my hearing September 20, 2023 for Administrative reasons without a new date.
The IRB said they will reschedule and get back to me with the date and time.
Can anyone pls help understand

I’m so confused? I didn’t understand the dates, when did you make your claim?

IRB promised to get back to me with a rescheduled date and time.

Not normal timeline, are you working with a lawyer?

My case was less complex. After I submitted my evidence they said you need short hearing. But 10 days before they cancelled my hearing and same day I received positive notice of decision.
