Urgent help required - Sponsor Living Outside Canada

1) There is a question is checklist that if sponsor (Canadian Citizen) lives outside Canada with principal applicant, then they have to provide proof that they both live in Canada once the principal applicant gets PR. I am not sure what proofs can be provided


2) Sponsor few months ago completed her studies in home country and not working. In the checklist they asked for detailed explanation how the support will be provided to the principal applicant . I want to know which important points should me mentioned in the explanation letter.

Please provide your opinion or share your experiences.

1) They are looking for documentation such as property assignment, notices to existing tenants that the landlord wants to occupy the unit and rental contract;

2) They are looking for financial information such as stock dividend, passive income that you can support to the principal applicant.

Edit: Btw, it's not urgent. There were alot similar questions asked in this forum.

They will come back when the principal applicant will get PR. this will take approximately one year. Nobody will hold a unit one year before.

Sponsor is 22 years old and finished studies couple of months back. Don't have any income.

I heard people booked hotel rooms one year in advance. Perhaps airbnb too. landlord given notices to tenants.

22 years old don't have any passive incomes? You were a branch manager in 2017, why don't get him/her a job in the company?

Hello Everyone,

I have two questions.

1) Can anyone please suggest me how long it takes to get file number after we apply for spouse PR application under family class?
I submitted file of my wife in Aug 2023.

2) My wife is now applying for work permit which is sponsored by her employer in India, so what should be answer for a question where IRCC asks, have you applied to Canada under any other program. I know we have to mention that yes but apart from this what can we mention?
As we still do not have her file number or UCI ID for her PR file which we already submitted

I’m still enrolled in my company, one month paid and rest loss of pay. Now I have the documents ready to apply spousal visa for my wife. Since I’m the sponsor, Can I able to apply now from outside Canada ?
