Spouse Open Work Permit Visa rejected under Section 205(c)(ii)

Just to be clear, you have a closed work permit and your spouse is the one who applied for the SOWP, correct? If that's correct, what documents did you include in the application to show you have closed work permit and NOC A job?

That's correct. I have the work permit with NOC A.
Below documents were provided.
My Visa which is valid till 2025
My work permit with same validity as my Visa
Invitation letter
My pay slips and bank statement
