Electrician is a licensed profession in Canada so look at requirements to work in that field. There are no jobs here. Do you a job search, get a job offer with LMIA proving no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you. Then with LMIA apply for a closed work permit. You will need a medical, and possibly language tests and education assessments
