i think its varying from one application to other, but in general 2-3 months for nomination to come is what i am seeing

Hi,
I am inland applicant under Human capital Tech draw. My application is progressed to decision in progress and waiting for final decision. Historically i have seen it take 3-4 weeks to get nominaiton after decision in progress. It can be sooner too, varying on case to case. as of now its below and will update once decision is made:

NOI - July 6th
Submitted - July 26th
Assessment stage - September 13
Decision in Progress - September 18

It's been 51 days for me but there are no movements at all, it still shows submitted. I think they are clearing out applicants of May 5th draw first.

Please let us know when it moves to assessment. My submission was on Aug 11. Still submission stage. Am guessing it will move only after urs

It's taking much more time from what I am able to gauge. Especially for Outland. It's already 6 weeks to my submission n no movement.

Nearing 7 weeks to my submission n not moved at all. Outland.

Oh that's some good news. Ur submission is Aug 18 outland right. I submitted on Aug 11. Till Monday it was in submitted stage. My representative has not given access to me n she sends me update oy every Monday. So will have to wait till then to know. All the best to u. Do let us know how it progresses.

Has urs gone to assessment? I can see that Aug 18 submission is gone to assessment. Mine is Aug 11 n nothing. 7 weeks up to submission already. Urs is Aug 1 submission.
