Usually how long that visa stamp is?

Not sure what the current trend is but it used to be at least 30 days. May be someone who did the landing recently be able to provide more accurate information.

Took about 8 days.
I think it should be around 2-3 weeks average

Unfortunately, if you didn't submit an interest to sponsor form back in 2020, then there is no way to enter the pool. IRCC is probably going to go through the current pool before opening new round of interest to sponsor forms. This could take up 3-5 years.

You can't. They haven't opened for people to apply and enter in the pool since 2021. So you just need to wait till they start to accept new applicantions. (interest to sponsor was the name of the application to enter in the pool)
