Standing at the end of study period

Hi all,

Kindly help to clarify my below query,

Currently am still studying. While entering express entry, there are below questions to fill,
1. This is my current study - I need to select yes?
2. standing at the end of study period - there are 3 options
A. In good standing but no certificate awarded
B. Certificate awarded
C. Not completed.

What I need to select , is it a or c

Kindly help to clarify mu above queries.
