Why I can’t find and download the imm 5508 ? I want to fill out this form and send it to Vancouver office

Generally speaking, you may not apply for a PRRA unless the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has notified you that you may do so, and given you a Notification Regarding a Pre-Removal Risk Assessment.

CBSA provide imm 5508 form to you .

Why ? Because I want to apply for PRRA who knows may be I get approved so it’s better to apply it meanwhile I have H&C on progress so that’s why I want to apply

It has been more than 12 months since last refusal so why they don’t notify me

You cant apply until you get notification to apply. PRRA has approval rate of 3.5%
