I am on my close work permit as International Mobility Program for 1 year and my job is exempt from LMIA, do i get additional 50 points for job offer in express entry?

I was in a similar situation like yours I gained the points. I made the employer to issue me a fresh offer letter for the PR. There are a few folks in the past threads who managed to get PR with old/dated offer letters used for the WP, but nowadays that seems to be risky and I wouldn't advice to do that. If your employer issues you a new offer ensure they either mention 'Role is valid for 12 months' or a longer period, alternatively mention it is a permanent role which you can argue with IRCC that job is valid for longer than 1 year..
