Hello,

I'm a bit confused about the primary NOC code, I have already applied for my OINP, and I have 12 months of Canadian experience in 2 companies ( the first company was for 2 months, and the second company for another 10 months) I worked for both companies in the same NOC code (22310), Can I use this NOC code as a primary NOC cod in my EE application, or it should be 1 year in on company to be considered as a primary NOC code?

Thanks

It doesn’t have to be 1 year in a company to be considered as the primary NOC. There is no requirement under CEC about the length of each experience. In your case, I would put the 10- month experience as the primary since it’s longer and more recent. I don’t think it matters which experience you put as primary, cuz EE is points-based, the officer will calculate your score from all of your experience combined.

Are you going to apply as CEC? For CEC, Yes, you can combine different NOC codes together. I’m not familiar with FSW
