Got married after Student and tourist was approved.

I need a help.
Let me explain. We got married after our visa application was approved. we have all marriage documents, right now she is in Canada schooling. Before she travel we didn't update our marital status because our agent was no where to be found.
I have My visa which is a tourist visa, I will be traveling anytime from now.

So my question are this.

1} can I flagpole even when we didn't update our marital status??

2} if I should update my status before leaving hope it won't complicate issues for my wife??
Because she haven't update her.

3} will my tourist visa be cancelled if I update my marital status??

4} Can I travel after I send IRCC my current status or am I too wait until they update it ??

5) if I send email to IRCC can I delcare on POE that I have a wife in Canada??

6) can my wife update her marital status through her school portal??

1. your wife was required to update her profile before landing in Canada. She didn’t need a consultant she could have sent a webform to IRCC. You should have also updated your status. It looks very questionable that you both applied before getting married and failed to update your status. You don’t qualify to flagpole as a visitor from a non-visa exempt country. You must apply online for an OWP. Would add that an OWP isn’t guaranteed especially in cases where there isn’t much proof of in person relationship. Was this an arranged marriage or do you have proof of longterm dating? living together? This is especially in cases where students get married right before coming to Canada or return to their home country to get married. Some do exactly why you did to commit immigration fraud.

2. Your wife should update her status asap. She should have done it before but she shouldn’t continue to misrepresent her situation.

3. not likely but there is never guaranteed entry into Canada even with a TRV.

4. would not travel until you have an approved OWP. It could take months with no guarantee of approval and you can’t work during that time.
5. IRCC doesn’t like when people play games. Not being honest and continuing to not be honest raises suspicions that you are trying to commit immigration fraud and your relationship is based on you securing a WP.
6. No she must contact IRCC via webform.

Did you tell IRCC that you needed a TRV to attend a conference? Did you attend the conference? Had you already been to Canada and tried to obtain a WP? If so there will be even more concerns that the marriage is for immigration purposes.
