Hi there
I work as a nail technician. I receive my salary as a commission. In autumn and winter, the number of customers will be much less and my salary will be lower than the normal minimum wage. This makes me worried that if I try to apply for PR, there will be a problem?
But on the IRCC website that I look at, it is written that there is no minimum wage requirement for qualifying work expereience. But some lawyers say that the minimum wage is important for jobs

Are you working in Canada?

If not, to prove your work experience you want a job letter from your employer proving your job responsibilities, salary, hours worked. Do you have your ECA and IELTS completed? If so what is your eligibility score?

Thank you for your answer. Yes I work in BC, Canada. I also have Ielts score 6.5
So what program are you applying to? If CEC and Canadian work experience, you will have your T4s to prove your employment/salary. Ask for employment letter too.

So you get a T4 slip for your taxes? Your salary should meet the median salary for your NOC for your region. Yes, it can be an issue.
