Hello sir
Here Mr zeeshan khan civil Engineer. I want immigrants to canada as a skill work but unfortunately, I can't afford to visa fee ticket etc . I request you to please help me. I am in trouble. Survive here in pakistan.

Nothing is free. You have to pay for medicals, ECA, IELTS, PR application fees and have proof of funds to apply to immigrate through programs like Express Entry.

Ok. So look for a job offer with approved LMIA. Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed or Job Bank. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. Most if not all jobs posted will say that you must be a citizen, PR or a person with work authorization to apply so no point in applying for those jobs.

Again nothing is free, as you will still need to pay for medical, applications etc.

Engineering is a professional designation so look at P.Eng requirements by province.
