Depends. Are you eligible for PR through Express Entry? Do you have a job offer with approved LMIA to apply for a closed work permit?Respected sir/ma'am,
Please advise me the best way to emigrate Canada. Either in Working or PR.
So if you are not eligible for PR through Express Entry based on your age, education, skills, language and funds then not an option. Find a job and see if employer will file a LMIA proving no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you.Dear Naturgrl,
I have no things you mentioned.
Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed or Job Bank. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. Most if not all jobs posted will say that you must be a citizen, PR or a person with work authorization to apply so no point in applying for those jobs.
Companies will not reply to you since almost all jobs will say you must be a citizen, PR or already have a work permit.I am regularly applying on the job posted in Job Bank Canada from last 1 month. But no one company reply me till date. I think it may scam.
