To add to what @BA101 said, it is very difficult if not impossible to call IRCC from outside of Canada. Follow his advice.

Unless your cousin is your representative, they will not divulge any information to this cousin about your application
The only thing you can send is a case specific inquiry. However you'll get a generic answer back and I don't think that will be very helpful.
Just be patient like the 1000s before and after you. Your case is not special
