how do you know that you have to submit study permit, did you received any email..??
For my sister she has 2 kids and we received Medicals also for them, but not sure if we need to apply for Study permit for them separately.. Can someone please advise...

Definitely you should submit study permit or TRv separately for each kid if you didn't submit initially with the application. If they are in the school age you can submit study permit although in my case the asked me for TRv while my children are above 7 years old so I submitted TRv for them separately

Initial payment we did 2 payments for $810 and $2570 CAD.. These were the two payments we did for a family of 4 (Applicant, Spouse and 2 kids).. Do you think we need to pay some other fees now? and also a form for Study permit? Please advise.

I had sent study permit but it seemed that it was not received by IRCC (I don't know why). I've got visa for my spouse and I so I submitted new application. I think you can send study permit form with a cover letter through webform then wait what they will ask you in additional documents. If you do not receive eligibility letter or PPR for kids apply for study permit separately.

And if submitting online form, do we need to sign , if yes who will sign them?

Under 18 parents can sign. Get a copy of form, sign it then scan and upload it. 18 and more I don't really know
