OCI status not changing from last 12 working days

Hi ,

My OCI status shows as Counter Delivery to BLS center after OCI stamping from last 12 business days with no change.

On the OCI website it shows received at Toronto since 25th Aug , anyone else had same experience that it took so long to get couriered to BLS? Any idea who we can get in touch with? When i called BLS they said they havent received it and they cant do anything about it.
