Study Permit Extension/POE letter

Hi Everyone, I am an international student currently studying in Toronto, Canada. I applied for Study Permit extension in April 2023 and got the approval in September, 2023.
I was expecting my study permit to be sent to my mail box, however, I was sent a letter to submit my passport and a Point of Entry Letter for the Study Permit document. I submitted my passport and got it back stamped with the study visa. I wont be travelling to arrive at a point of entry as I am already in Canada, please advise where I can go to collect my study permit.

I sent my passport to their office in Ottawa where they stamped the visa and returned it to me, after which I went to a port of entry and got my study permit .

hi awesome that you already received it , actually i was checking for visa app center to send passport but when i choose canada as location nothing appeared hence why i asked if u have to send to homecountry vac , which ottawa center is it ? thank you so much . also last thing did you travel outside of canada and came back to get ot or did u flagpole? thank you

I believe there is a link in the letter that will direct you to the VACs for different countries but if this will help, the address is : Temporary Resident Visa Section, CPC-Ottawa (e-Application), P.O Box 9640, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 6T2. did the flagpoling process at Niagara falls; walked to the US border office, picked up the flagpoling paper, returned to the Canada Border office...

hi everyone, my bf's student visa (counterfoil in his passport) expires november 2023. his study permit (that he got at the POE) expires at the end of april 2024. his program ends april 2024. he also has his visitor visa that doesnt expire until 2025. is he able to still travel out of canada and return?
