Fairly normal processing time. Not unusual for processing to take over 3 months. Have you all travelled together to the UK and the US or do you just have visas? What is the reason for your travel? Do you have family living in Canada and what is their status and how did they get their status? Do you have proof of longterm good employment in Nigeria? Do you own property in Canada especially a home? Given the number of asylum applicants from Nigeria unless you have a good reason to visit Canada, strong ties to Nigeria and international travel history as a family not just visas there may be concerns that you aren’t genuine visitors. All you can do is wait for a response.

We'll we have visited the UK and USA as a family. And I made a US trip couple of months back alone. I have a 7 Yr old business and husband has worked in the same place for 11 years. Visiting relatives and family friends in canada. I'm mainly concerned about the processing time. I guess I have no choice than to wait

Unfortunately the current processing time is estimated at 320 days. Of course this doesn't mean you'll be waiting that long. However there's really nothing you can do but wait. There is no way to speed up your application processing.
