Indian passport surrender

Hi all,
I am in SK. For the Indian passport surrender, I would need to send to Vancouver consulate.
Can someone please confirm that the mailing address is - Unit 201-8140 120th Street, Surrey BC V3W 3N3? I am not seeing the mailing address information in the instructions document for the Indian Passport Surrender.
For BLS to return the cancelled Indian passport and surrender certificate, is it okay if I pay using credit card by selecting the 'Drop Off' in the page that opens when selecting 'Submit Your Application' > 'Book Your Pick Up/Drop Off of Your Application' in the menu?
Please advise.

Book a Pick up and Drop off from BLS website - once done, you can create a shipping label which will have BLS' address
Do you have experience doing that?
Will I get two printouts with barcodes 1 for pickup and 1 for drop off?

No you get only one shipping label print out for pick up. You don't need anything for drop-off since BLS would send you the document and they would create a label on your behalf

I see the status as "Surrender certificate has been granted and is available for issuance." In passport portal. Any one knows how long from now before I get the SC in hand? Applied walk-in at BLS Brampton on Aug 28th.

yes, that's where the Purolator guy would pick and deliver the package
Will the person coming to pick up have the Purolator envelope with clear pouch in for me to insert the shipping label?
No, you can buy one or go to a purolator location and get it for free

Passport, once BLS has submitted to the consulate you can track here https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html
Do they return the passport in an invalidated condition or is it gone forever lol

Passports are returned marked with cancellation stamp and holes are punch on the passport
Now don’t ask where do they mark the cancellation stamp or punch the holes on the passport
