Anyone took the test before May 17 and still waiting for LPP?

Test completed April 15. No news since then. Background and LPP pending. It's almost 5 months since the last update.

Yeah, no update since 2 months!

that's a shame. My spouse and kids' LPP was done 3 weeks ago and was wondering how long the oath ceremony is taking. Let me know once you get it. Good luck!

If background is pending your security hasn't cleared yet. Get GCMS to see if criminality has cleared.

anywhere between 10 minutes to 5 business days is normal. Depends on when the agent approves your signed oath letter in the system. Keep checking couple of times a day

I didn't, but it's very common. They'll check your documents and chat with you. Take originals of everything you submitted.

Yes I had an interview with IRCC. They check all your travel history to make sure you’re eligible, your identity and questions about all your journey in Canada. During the interview they will be able to determine your English skills too.

thanks, did you attend the interview in person or overall zoom call.

Assuming went through easily, do they let you attend citizenship oath right away (as i see several people stating that in the forum) or will it take a while.
